Dillisk seaweed harvested from the Wild Atlantic Way shores of Clare blended with pure lime oil from Florida infused into a bar of 70% cocoa solids chocolate. This is a fusion of cross Atlantic flavours which enhance and complement the deeply dark 70% cocoa solids chocolate base.
