Myo-Inositol belongs to the B complex family of vitamins (sometimes referred to as vitamin B8). The body can make myo-inositol from glucose and it is also found naturally in foods such as organ meats, fruits, grains, nuts and beans. Meanwhile, folic acid has been shown to help reduce feelings of tiredness and fatigue as well as supporting the function of the immune system and playing an important role in cell formation. Each serving delivers 200μg of folic acid. This water-soluble vitamin cannot be stored by the body, and so supplementation can be a good way to keep your folate levels topped up.

Directions
