Viridian’s Folic Acid with DHA (docosahexaenoic acid) is designed to be taken before and during pregnancy. Folic acid is recommended for all women planning a pregnancy. They advise a daily supplement when trying to conceive until at least the 12th week of pregnancy. Viridian Folic Acid with DHA contains 400ug of folic acid which is the recommended level.
