The Foods of Athenry Gluten Free Christmas Pudding – 200g

Butter based steamed fruit pudding. Dried fruit soaked in cider and brandy and mixed with our own bread crumb and steamed for 5 hours. A Christmas necessity!

Ingredients

Dried Fruits (45%) (Sultanas, Glace Cherries, Mixed Citrus Peel, Chopped Dates), Butter (Milk), Irish Cider (11%), Gluten & Wheat Free Flour (rice, potato, tapioca, maize & buckwheat), Brown Sugar, Eggs, Milk, Brandy (4%), Golden Syrup, Treacle, Mixed Spice, Cinnamon, Orange Rind Oil, Lemon Rind Oil, Ginger, Raising Agent (sodium bicarbonate, monocalcium phosphate), Stabiliser: Xanthan Gum; Salt.
Glace cherries contains: Cherries, glucose-fructose syrup, sugar, acidity regulator: citric acid; colour: anthocyanin. Mixed Citrus Peel contains: Mixed Citrus Peel Contains: Orange & lemon peel, glucose-fructose syrup, acidity regulator: citric acid.
