Fenugreek is part of the plant family “Fabaceae”. It is a renowned Indian leafy vegetable which resembles clover leaves and is frequently used as an ingredient in curries. Fenugreek has long been thought to help sooth irritated or inflamed mucous membranes and may also help lower cholesterol and aid digestion.

This food supplement is suitable for both vegetarians and vegans.
