Solgar Choline 250 mg / Inositol 250 mg Capsules contain both Choline and Inositol (commonly known at Vitamin B8). Choline supports the process of metabolising nutrients such as carbohydrates, proteins and fats into energy. Inositol, also known as Vitamin B8, is a water-soluble structure and functions in a similar way to choline.

1 – 3 capsules a day will contribute to:
– Normal homocysteine metabolism
– Normal lipid metabolism
– Maintenance of normal liver function
