These Puy Lentils & Whole Grain Quinoa is the perfect combination pack. Simply cooked with water, onion, bay and a dash of olive oil using France’s finest Puy lentils and our unique whole grain quinoa.

This quinoa adds a beautifully nutty flavour to salads, stews and curries. Free From Awards winner for overall ‘Store Cupboard Ingredient’.

Quinoa is a great source of protein and fibre, as well as being a slow release carb. This keeps you feeling full for longer and won’t spike your blood sugars. Vegan friendly and completely allergen free.

Directions

These can be eaten hot or cold as they’re already perfectly cooked. To eat cold simply tear open, serve and enjoy. To heat in the microwave, make a small tear in top of pouch and heat for 90 seconds. Fluff up with a fork and serve. Or you can pan fry by adding 1 tbsp of oil in a non stick pan and stir over medium heat for 2 minutes.
