Immune C tablets from Patrick Holford contain favourable amounts of the key nutrients vitamin C and zinc, nutrients which help to support the body’s natural defences. The formula also includes plant extracts of black elderberry, bilberry and added ginger which may also assist the defence of the immune system. Immune C tablets are suitable for vegetarians and vegans.
