EPA and DHA contribute to the normal function of the heart (250mg/day).
DHA contributes to the maintenance of normal brain function and vision (250mg/day).

Directions

Daily dose for children: 1ml for 1 – 6 years, 2.5ml for 7 years and over
Can be taken directly or stirred into cold foods and drinks
