Directions

Add 30g (1 level scoop), with 200-250ml of water or skimmed milk and shake well.

Take 1 – 3 servings split throughout the day depending on training intensity and protein intake requirements. For best results, take 1 serving within 30 minutes after your training session. Do not exceed stated dosage
