Directions

*Recommended Intake: Children aged 1-12 years: One 5ml teaspoon to be taken daily with food.

*Each 5ml serving provides: 1200mg of Omega-3 of which EPA is 410mg, ALA is 230mg and DHA is 280mg as well as 510mg of Omega-6, 1400mg of Omega 9, 200IU of Vitamin D and 10IU of Vitamin E. *Warning: Do not take this product if you are allergic to fish.
