Ingredients

White miso* (63%) (water, whole soya beans*, rice*, sea salt), mirin* (sweet rice*, shochu* [water, cultured rice*], cultured rice*), sea salt, ginger puree* (3.5%), onion puree*, kombu sea vegetable extract (1%) (water, kombu, sea salt), wakame sea vegetable (1%), turmeric* (0.8%). *organically grown.

Directions

Empty the contents of one sachet into a bowl or cup and add 1 cup (180ml) of hot water. Stir well and enjoy hot.
