This Hearty Red miso soup is rich, satisfying and made to a traditional Japanese recipe of red miso base with spring onions and wakame sea vegetable. Miso when translated means ‘fermented beans’ in Japanese In Japan, people begin their day with a bowl of miso soup, believed to stimulate digestion and energise the body.

Directions

To prepare, pour the contents of one soup packet into a mug or bowl, add 240ml of boiling water and stir.

Allow to sit for a minute before drinking.
