Carraig Fhada Carrageen

Carrageen from Carraig Fhada is a Wild, hand-harvested Irish seaweed sometimes referred to as Irish Moss.

A perfect alternative to gelatine in desserts and as a thickening agent for soups. Traditionally Carrageen is served hot with honey and lemon as a winter drink to soothe coughs and sore throats.
