Biona Organic White Spelt Spaghetti is a delicious, slightly nutty flavoured spaghetti. Made from spelt, it is easier to digest and can even be tolerated by many people with wheat allergies. The white spelt spaghetti has a slightly smoother texture than the wholegrain . It is highly nutritious as it is high in fibre, and is higher in vitamins and proteins than your regular wheat based spaghettis. It is easily prepared and cooked no differently than your regular wheat spaghetti pastas.

Directions

Put the spaghetti in a pan of boiling water and allow to simmer for approximately 7-10 minutes.
