Methylfolate is the natural form of folate – or folic acid – found in food such as leafy green vegetables. It’s actions in the body include prevention of spinobifida in foetus’ as well as maintaining the nervous system and contributing to normal red blood cell function. Like other B vitamins it also plays a role in healthy energy metabolism.

High potency liquid folate in a simple, purified water base to help support immunity, energy, methylation and pregnancy.

Recommended for use during pregnancy at a 400ug dosage., each bottle contains approximately 400 drops, which should last 100 days at four drops per day.

Directions

4 drops taken daily in water with food, or directly under the tongue or as professionally directed. Shake well before use.
